New York LLC Publication, handled start to finish.
We arrange both newspapers, manage six weeks of publication, collect the affidavits, and file your Certificate of Publication with the NY Department of State. Every order is treated as expedited.
Why every New York LLC must publish
New York is one of only three states that requires newly formed LLCs to publish a notice of formation. Under Section 206 of the NY LLC Law, the notice must run in two newspapers — one daily and one weekly — designated by the county clerk where the LLC’s office is located.
After publication, the affidavits from each newspaper are filed with a Certificate of Publication at the New York Department of State. This applies to both domestic LLCs and foreign LLCs registered in New York.
Missing the 120-day deadline suspends your LLC’s authority to carry on, conduct, or transact business in New York until publication is completed.
Four steps. We handle all of them.
Most orders go from checkout to filed Certificate in 7–9 weeks — six of which are the required publication period.
