Yes. Owners outside the US can form a US LLC, get a registered agent, and obtain an EIN through Verisly.

LLC Formation is $99 + state fee, Registered Agent is $99/year, NY LLC Publication starts at $349, and Certificate of Good Standing and Annual Report filings are $49 + state fee. All additional services are $49 + state fee, except EIN, which is $49 total.

It’s the fee the state charges to process your filing. It varies by state and filing type, and we pass it through at cost with no markup.

Most businesses need an EIN, a registered agent, and to file annual reports. New York LLCs must also complete the publication requirement within 120 days.

The state may charge late fees and eventually dissolve your company. We can file overdue reports and reinstate dissolved companies.
